The Holistic Approach to Nutrition
Nutrition and lifestyle play a much bigger role in health, healing, and medicine than they get credit for!
This is not about a fad or trend. It’s about a huge need infusing itself into the way
we eat, exercise, sleep, work, age, and almost every other aspect of our lives.
Food not only provides the energy needed to function in our daily
lives but constantly supplies the nutrients which are required to
build and regenerate body tissue, bone, muscle, fat and blood.
The nutrients in food are also necessary to produce substances
for the chemical processes that take place in our bodies millions
of times a day.
As a Holistic Nutritionist, I recognize that there is no “one size fits
all” diet or “magic bullet” which is going to cure all illnesses. I focus
on having a thorough understanding of your personal goals, needs,
likes and dislikes, support networks and lifestyle in order to create
a food and lifestyle approach that suits YOU!
Your nutritional imbalances will be assessed using nutritional symptomatology to pinpoint the imbalances. We then aim to bring these body systems back into balance through proper nutrition, supplements and Essential Oils.
I believe in using a gradual approach to making changes in the diet.
Trying to change too much at once can be very overwhelming,
hard on your body and difficult to maintain. I believe in
adding to the diet, not just taking away.
A nutritional consulting session may include:
• Recommending food selection and preparation
• Evaluation of nutrient deficiencies and excesses
• Recommending dietary supplements (vitamins / minerals, enzymes, essential fatty acids, fiber)
• Evaluation of an individual's food intake, lifestyle habits and exercise participation.
• Designing a program specifically for each individual
• Custom detoxification and cleansing protocols
Most people aren’t going to make change all by themselves. If they could, they would
have already! They need the right systems, the right support, and the right accountability.
With the right education I can provide this help that is so needed!
Initial Appointment $90 - approx. 1 hour - This intake consultation is required for all new patients and includes a discussion of your health history, goals, concerns, lifestyle, food preferences, etc. Judith will create a customized protocol including dietary, supplement and lifestyle recommendations as well as a 7-day meal plan, complete with recipes. It is time to make your health the top priority so that you can live your very best life!
Follow up Appointment $40 - approx. 30 mins - This session is for current clients coming in for check in, have an acute issue or who need clarification/adjustments to their current plan.
